Preschool Registration / Tuition
We are pleased to announce that the Enrollment Process for the 2025-2026 Preschool year is now open for current Saint Joseph Parish school families.
We will have openings for children who are fully toilet trained aged 3 to 5 years-old by August 30, 2025.
An Early Care Program will be available from 7:30 A.M.-8:00 A.M. We will offer a Full Day program from 8:00 A.M.-2:45 P.M. Families may choose 3 days (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) or 5 days per week. Hours for Morning Preschool classes will be from 8:00 A.M.-11:15 A.M. Our Extended Day Program will be offered from 2:45 P.M.-5:30 P.M and you must attend Full Day.

*For new students, the registration fee is due at time of application. The amount is discounted $25 for families who register by March 1, 2025.

The Enrollment Process will be online through FACTS. Families who have completed the Online Registration Application process along with the non-refundable application fee and are in good financial standing will receive an acceptance letter via email.
New Preschool Students
Step 1:
Complete the online application
Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and will follow the enrollment schedule.
Step 2:
An enrollment form will be sent after reviewing the application.
Step 3:
Once enrollment documentation is completed, the Preschool office will need the Student Information Form and Health Forms to be completed. The student’s original birth certificate and baptismal certificate (if applicable) must be presented to the office for a copy to be made as well.
Re-enrollment for returning Families
(including school families who have preschool aged children)
Step 1:
Enrollment Complete a re-enrollment form through FACTS and pay registration. Our District Code is STJS-OH.
Step 2:
FACTS Tuition Payment Agreement and enrollment package completion. Choose a Tuition Payment method and plan in FACTS and submit your enrollment packet. An email will be sent from FACTS confirming that the packet is complete. This is the only way you will ensure a spot for the next school year.
Step 3:
Acceptance Families with current students who have completed Step 2, paid all current balances and are in good financial standing will receive an acceptance letter via email.
