SAINT JOSEPH PARISH SCHOOL 

The faculty of St. Joseph School includes specialists and support staff in the following areas:  Art, Music, Band, Physical Education, Spanish, Technology, and Library.  Seventeen teacher assistants support classroom instruction.  Advanced math options are open to students in grades seven and eight.

We are fortunate to work on a contractual basis with The Educational Service Center (ESC) of Lake Erie West.  Established in 1913, ESC is one of the largest educational service centers in the State of Ohio.  Highly qualified professionals serve students in eight area school districts that include Sylvania.  St. Joseph School has five full-time and two part-time ESC specialists on staff.  The intervention specialist services we offer students include programs that concentrate on learning disabilities, remedial reading and math, writing, guidance, school psychology, and educational testing,  speech & language, and health/nutrition.
