Preschool Registration / Tuition

We are pleased to announce that the Enrollment Process for the 2024-2025 Preschool year is now open for current Saint Joseph Parish school families.
We will have openings for children who are fully toilet trained aged 2 ½ to 5 years-old by August 30, 2024. An Early Care Program will be available from 7:30 A.M.-8:00 A.M. We will offer a Full Day program from 8:00 A.M.-2:45 P.M. Families may choose 2 days (Tuesday and Thursday), 3 days (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) or 5 days per week. Hours for Morning Preschool classes will be from 8:00 A.M.-11:15 A.M. Our Extended Day Program will be offered from 2:45 P.M.-5:30 P.M.


Enrollment Schedule:

  • February 2 through February 14: Priority Enrollment - Priority enrollment is open to current preschool families, including school families with children who are age eligible for preschool. All families must first complete an application in FACTS, our school information system.

  • February 15 through February 29: Parish Enrollment - The second enrollment period is for parish families wanting to enroll a student for the first time in preschool. Families will create a FACTS account and begin with completing an application.

  • March 1: Open Enrollment - The third and final enrollment period is for ALL families who wish to register a new student. Families will create a FACTS account and begin with completing an application.

This year the Enrollment Process will be online through FACTS. Families who have completed the Online Registration Application process along with the non-refundable application fee and are in good financial standing will receive an acceptance letter via email.

Re-enrollment for returning Families (including school families who have preschool aged children)
Step 1 – Enrollment Complete a re-enrollment form through FACTS and pay registration. Our District Code is STJS-OH.


Step 2 – FACTS Tuition Payment Agreement and enrollment package completion. Choose a Tuition Payment method and plan in FACTS and submit your enrollment packet. An email will be sent from FACTS confirming that the packet is complete. This is the only way you will ensure a spot for the next school year.

Step 3 – Acceptance Families with current students who have completed Step 2, paid all current balances and are in good financial standing will receive an acceptance letter via email.

Applications will be reviewed on a
first-come, first-served basis and will follow the enrollment schedule.

Step 2 – An enrollment form will be sent after reviewing the application.

Step 3 – Once enrollment documentation is completed, the Preschool office will need the Student Information Form and Health Forms to be completed. The student’s original birth certificate and baptismal certificate (if applicable) must be presented to the office for a copy to be made as well.

Admissions Policies: Students are officially admitted after the return of all required paperwork, completion of any required placement tests, and payment of accrued fees. All newly admitted students entering Saint Joseph Parish School are probationary for the first year. The school reserves the right to remove the/any student if behavioral and/or academic criteria are not met at any point during the first year. Saint Joseph Parish School Administration reserves the right to deny enrollment to any child due to a parent’s non-compliance of rules and/or misrepresentation of child or family information.

TUITION & REGISTRATION FEE: As an important part of the process, the administration and councils review budgets and make every effort to keep tuition as low as possible for our families. Through the support of Saint Joseph Parish, our school’s annual Benefit Dinner and the PTO Fundraiser, we can keep increases to a minimum. We are excited about the opportunity to help your child(ren) grow academically and spiritually as a student at Saint Joseph Parish School.

Tuition for the 2024-2025 school year is due in full by July 1, 2024, or a payment plan must be in place through FACTS.

Non-refundable Registration Fee $150 per student
This is due at the time of application. Other costs for field trips, extended day, or special activities are not included in tuition. The amount is discounted $25 for families who register by March 1, 2024.


TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS: All families create an account through FACTS Tuition Management at the time of enrollment. Families will choose the tuition payment plan that best fits their needs. Automatic payments can be made through FACTS.

1. Tuition can be paid in full (a one-time payment) through a checking or savings account or credit card. If you prefer to bring a check into the school office, you will select “Pay In Full” in FACTS.
2. Monthly payments are withdrawn on the 5th or 20th of the month. There are ten (10) payments starting July through April. A 4 ½% financing fee will be incurred with this payment option.
3. Trimester payments.

St. Joseph Preschool admits students of any gender, race, color, or ethnic origin.
